Ghesquiere's "Successor"

 

2 days after it was announced that Nicolas Ghesquiere is leaving Balenciaga, the tabloids went crazy wondering who will be his successor. Balenciaga's CEO, Isabelle Guichot said that the new creative director won't be announced until it's time, as the priority of the fashion house is to find a temporary boutique in Manhattan as the previous onein Chelsea Manhattan has been seriously damaged after the tornado Sandy. This means that finding a new "leader" may be delayed for a little bit.
The first names in the list of the new designer are: Alexander Wang and Joseph Altuzarra. Other possible names are Mary Katrantzou, Christopher Kane, J.W. Alexander and Thomas Tait.
